The Fendale Group was founded to bring together a collective of catering brands that share a belief in doing things properly, with purpose, creativity, and care.​ With decades of combined experience across events, logistics, and food innovation, our three directors Alix Caiger, Murray Tollemache, and William Deal came together to build a group that reflects the modern landscape of hospitality: thoughtful, agile, and deeply rooted in quality. ​

 

Today, our team is made up of chefs, planners, project managers, and creative thinkers, people who care about the details and know how to deliver. We’re a hands-on group, based in Battersea, and we work closely across all three brands: Caiger & Co, Archies, and Spoilt for Choice. ​

 

We’re united by one approach, great food and great service should always go hand-in-hand with genuine connection, smart systems, and meaningful impact.
