The Brief
Caiger & Co delivered a
full-service wedding catering and end-to-end event coordination at Trinity Buoy Wharf.
The couple envisioned a feasting-style celebration that championed seasonal British produce and brought together their guests over a vibrant menu with personalised details, bespoke to the couple.
Caiger & Co worked closely with the couple from the initial tasting, to create a menu & experience tailored to their vision, from the first canapé to the final affogato.


The Menu
To Start:
~ British Isles charcuterie with burrata in a pomegranate dressing, market pickles from our pantry,
homemade apple chutney, selection of breads
~ Glazed beetroot wedges, confit tomatoes, pickled pink onion, fresh basil bruschetta
The Main:
~ Long roast pulled British lamb served on boards, fresh mint, red pepper salsa
~ Vegan wellington with black garlic jus
On the Side:
~ Roasted tenderstem broccoli with almonds, ajo blanco, parsley, lemon juice
~ Warm slow roast delicia pumpkin wedges, sweet potato, marinated in paprika, maple syrup & smoked salt
~ Quinoa, chickpeas & cherry tomato salad with crumbled feta, coriander & lemon dressing
For Dessert:
Vanilla ice cream affogato with Lotus Biscoff biscuits
The Venue
Trinity Buoy Wharf provided the perfect backdrop for this modern riverside wedding. Set against the Thames with panoramic views and raw, urban textures, the venue allowed us to build an effortlessly cool atmosphere that balanced industrial charm with softness. With its flexible open space, it was ideal for both the long feasting tables and dramatic draping installations, transforming seamlessly from day to night.


The Suppliers
A collective of creative suppliers co-ordinated by the Caiger & Co events team helped bring the couple’s vision to life. From film photography, an ethereal draping installation, wild textured florals, minimal tableware & hire, alongside live oyster shucking & a chic multi-tier cake.
