The Brief

Archies delivered on a successful third year of catering at the Henley Royal Regatta, Riverside Enclosure. 

 

The Henley Royal Regatta, a prestigious five-day rowing event in July, set the stage for Archies to deliver a premium catering experience.

 

Guests enjoyed a canapé reception followed by a bespoke three-course lunch highlighting seasonal ingredients. 

 

Archies ensured seamless logistics, meticulous preparation and flawless event management, serving hundreds of guests daily with very high standards of taste, presentation and attentive service.

The Menu

Canapés to Start:

​

- Wild mushroom arancini, truffle aioli

​

- Sirloin of beef, bone marrow croute, tarragon mayonnaise, pickled red onion

​

- Salmon ceviche taco, ponzu, whipped avocado, sriracha

​

- Lemon & thyme ricotta, charred pepper salsa, tartlet shell, micro rocket

Starter,

Tomato tartare, serrano ham, whipped goats cheese, avocado puree, olive oil crostini, basil oil

​

Main,

Braised beef short rib with salsa verde, garlic confit mash, courgette ribbons, edamame beans

Dessert,

Opera layer cake with drunken strawberries, burnt butter oat crumble, strawberry coulis
